Professional Window Well Care in Central Indiana

What We Do

Window wells are part of your home’s drainage system. When they become clogged or filled with debris, water can stop draining properly and create moisture issues around basement windows.

Our services are designed to prevent that from happening.

Window Well Cleaning

We remove built-up debris such as:
  • Leaves

  • Mulch

  • Grass clippings

  • Organic buildup

This buildup is one of the most common causes of standing water and drainage failure.

Drain Inspection

At the base of most window wells is a drainage point designed to carry water away from your home.

We inspect this area for:

  • Blockages

  • Slow drainage

  • Compacted debris

  • Flow restriction

If water cannot exit properly, problems begin.

Standing Water Removal

If water has already accumulated in the window well, we address the cause of the blockage and restore proper drainage conditions where possible.

Standing water is often a sign that maintenance has been delayed or drainage is restricted.

Drain Blockage Debris Removal

Over time, window wells can accumulate compacted material that prevents water from flowing properly.

Blockage removal usually consists of:

  • Packed soil

  • Decomposed organic material

  • Heavy debris buildup

This helps restore proper system function.

Our Approach

We do not install accessories or perform general exterior construction work.

Our focus is simple:

Keep window wells functioning the way they were designed to work.

That means cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining—not upselling or modifying the system.

Window Well Covers (Important Note)

We do not install window well covers.

While covers can reduce surface debris, they do not replace cleaning or drainage maintenance. In some cases, they can mask developing drainage issues that go unnoticed until water problems appear.

Our focus is ensuring your window wells drain properly with or without a cover.

Simple Pricing

All services are priced per window well:
  • 1–2 Window Wells: $100

  • Each Additional Window Well: $30

No hidden fees.

No surprise charges.
